As a result, most women are frightened into taking protective measures to retain their monogamous homes. This brings a change in the dimension of the marital jealousy to aggression and violent attacks on husbands by their wives even prior to the remarriage. KANNYWOOD FILM REVIEW --- KARAMIN SANI

Image
People are often sceptical about ideas that go beyond their reasoning. Yet, we the faithful believe in miracles, simply because they are caused by the omnipotent God. However, being that miracles are incompatible with the ordinary laws of nature, they are philosophically questioned by, needless to say, atheists and those with cracks in their faiths. One imam malam liman (Hussaini Sule koki) in his comments about the issue narrated more astounding situations God could create but his companion, malam Ladan (Adam A. Zango) found the narrations implausible...

It is also a film that has attracted critical attention, especially from ‘feminists’, NGOs, other critics for its dramatic exposé of the complex politics involved in rape cases and its possible impact on the Nigerian cinema. He later decided to marry her off to avoid the plan of the lecherous Village Head, Maigari (Bashir Nayaya) who has a lustful feeling for her. Before the marriage, the unrelenting Maigari raped her, an event that brought tragedy into her life. After the rape, she got Vesicovaginal fistula (involuntary ur...
